Behind the Design

At the Great Neck Vigilant Fire Department, this renovation reimagines the member lounge and updates the existing gym to better serve those who serve the community. The redesigned lounge is intended to feel nostalgic and welcoming, drawing on classic firehouse character and warm materials to create a space rooted in tradition and camaraderie. Complementing this, the gym alterations improve functionality and flow, providing a more efficient and durable environment for training and daily use.
